Flock permitting is working to address the comments received from CalTrans D4. For the resubmittal, our permitting team is working on the Policy Exception Letter, CEQA exemption, and revised site plans. We have submitted the request to EBl (environmental consultant) to prepare and submit the CEQA exemption on Benicia’s behalf. EBl said it would take about 2 - 3 weeks to prepare CEQA exemption document that we will then resubmit to CalTrans along with the policy exception letter and the revised site plans. CalTrans will then review. Please let me know if you have any questions.
