This means once the first camera goes in the ground, the billing starts. What I show currently is we are waiting on the permitting party to send back a thumbs up. @Hailey Spessard can you tell us who that party is? What we usually do in an instance like this is if a camera is taking a long time we can just give you that time for free at the end of the contract. Unfortunately we were unable to get those requested as-builts for this pole, however, a Flock Technician went out and took the needed measurements of the pole. CalTrans has notified us that the local agency in this case the City has to actuallyfiletheCEQAExemptionwiththeCaliforniaClearinghouse. EBI has completed the CEQA Notice of Exemption (NOE). Please sign or have Public Works sign it and send us a copy. There is a date highlighted in yellow that needs to be updated when it is submitted.
