Our permitting team has been following up with Caltrans monthly. Last month, Caltrans
informed us that they are still awaiting FHWA approval. I understand that this permit has
taken an extended time to get permitted. Is the team interested in moving this location off of
would avoid the Caltranspermitting process.

Nice to virtually meet you!
It looks like we only have one
outstanding camera
to get permitted and installed
for you.
Unfortunately we were unable to get
those requested as-builts for this pole,
however, a Flock Technician went out
and took theneededmeasurements of
the pole.
Those measurements and images have
been sent to our permitting vendor to
complete the CalTrans required
structural analysis for this location.
This should take ~1-2weeks to
complete, then we can get that over to
CalTrans so that they can continue
their review of this permit request.
I will keep you updated here as this
location progresses but please feel free
to refer toyourGoogleTracker
(location details) and your Deployment
Tracker (real-time updates) in the
meantime.

CEQA Notice of Exemption
(NOE). Please sign or have

that needs to be updated

with an undate reaarding
camera
with CalTrans.
Flock permitting is
working to address the
comments received from
CalTrans D4. For the
resubmittal, our
permitting team is
working on the Policy
ExceptionLetter,CEQA
exemption,and revised
site plans.
We have submitted the
request to EBI
(environmental
consultant)to prepare
and submit the CEQA
exemption on Benicia’s
behalf.EBlsaiditwould
take about 2- 3 weeks to
prepare the exemption
application. Once it is
prepared, they then have
to post the CEQA
exemption application to
the California State
Clearinghouse for 30
days to allow other
agencies to review and
comment if they have any
concerns. Once the 30
days is up, EBI will
produce a CEQA
exemption document that
we will then resubmit to
CalTrans along with the
policy exception letter
and the revised site
plans. CalTrans will then
review.
