Hi Team, A few of you have been asking out using Outcomes in the Flock Platform. Did you know we have an “Outcomes” feature where you can enter/track your successes. Why should you track your success? ➔ Budget - You can use this data to make a case for City or County executives to keep or expand your technology budget. ➔ Effectiveness - Your Flock deployment can only become more effective based on data-driven decision-making. What are the benefits of utilizing Flock’s Outcomes Report? ➔ Each user has the ability to log their activity without needing Administrative level permissions ➔ Every incident logged is in one central location for the whole organization ➔ Keeps the data for a year so you don’t have to worry about downloading the data every month Attached is a short 4 min video called “Outcomes Success Tracking” showing you how you can easily enter these, and how an Admin person can track these.
